A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Mendon address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
We built our Mendon branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from Mendon, OH property owners — the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our Mendon roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our senior technicians are IICRC-certified and have worked everything from a clean supply-line break to a full sewage backup, so Water Damage Repair in Mendon isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We're fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in Mendon, OH, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
We keep a stocked warehouse inside Mendon, OH so equipment never has to be trucked in from another region, which is the difference between a 45-minute arrival and a next-day one.
Ask any Mendon property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am — the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Mendon call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in Mendon started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
Recognizing one of these signs early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so call our Mendon team and get a straight answer on how urgent it is.
We size the Mendon response to the actual damage — a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Mendon units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Mendon homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Multi-unit and commercial Mendon properties get their own project manager plus enough drying equipment to cover the real square footage, not a token setup — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
When a Mendon job involves sewage backup, our team suits up in full PPE, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and safely disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
On top of standard drying, our Mendon crews treat affected materials to reduce mold risk and will be upfront if a section needs specialist remediation.
You get a written estimate before any equipment runs, not a mystery total handed to you after the fact.
Our Mendon, OH warehouse keeps drying equipment close, which typically puts a Mendon tech at your door inside an hour.
We document everything with photos and moisture logs and work directly with your adjuster so you're not stuck translating restoration jargon.
If moisture readings aren't where they should be at the end of the job, we come back and keep drying at no extra charge.
Tell our Mendon dispatcher what's happening — we'll ask a few quick questions to send the right equipment on the first trip.
Our nearest available Mendon crew is dispatched immediately with truck-mount extraction gear on board.
We remove standing water first, then map moisture and position air movers and dehumidifiers based on the readings.
We re-check moisture levels daily until materials hit dry standard, then hand you full documentation for your records or your insurer.
Our Mendon technicians use moisture meters at the start and the end of every job, and the final number has to hit the dry standard before we leave. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
We put that guarantee directly on the Mendon work order, not just in an ad. We try to send the original technician back for any follow-up so you're not re-explaining the job to someone new.
